Project Overview
MagiXMuseum is a cloud platform, full of features that will make tourists’ visits memorable and beneficial. It includes a vast array of features to maximize visitors’ experience, from a digital guidebook of all exhibits available and different facilities, to location detection applications and turn-by-turn navigation system using WiFi and/or beacons for high accuracy.
My Contributions
I led the User experience, research and Visual Design of this project collaborated with senior designer. I led efforts to evolve the service and address customer pain‐points related to the browse and discovery experience. I also collaborated with a Product Manager, and development team to implement the new features.
Encourage tourists or visitors of museums to visit the National Museum and offer a unique museum experience.
Goal:
1. Content Curation: The app needs to provide relevant and engaging information about the exhibits, artifacts, and collections in the museum. Ensuring that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the museum's narrative and educational goals can be challenging.

2. User Experience (UX) Design: Creating a user-friendly and intuitive interface is critical for the success of a museum app. Visitors of different age groups, backgrounds, and technological proficiency levels should be able to navigate the app easily and access the desired information without confusion.

3. Technology Integration: Museum apps often require integration with various technologies, such as location-based services, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), or multimedia content.

4. Museum Context and Narrative: Capturing the essence of the museum's context, narrative, and educational goals within the app can be challenging. The app should reflect the museum's vision, mission, and unique identity, and provide an immersive experience that complements the physical visit to the museum. Ensuring that the app aligns with the museum's overall branding, storytelling, and educational objectives can be complex.

To understand the needs, preferences, and technological proficiency of the target audience, and design the app accordingly. After having a meeting with the stockholders and discussing the business and their needs we made some research as a team. We used a value proposition canvas that helps to create value designs for customers and business.
